Today, we each read a different book and answered the following questions:
-What audience is your book intended for? How can you tell?
-What level reader can/should read your book? How can you tell?
-What are some important things a reader should do before, during, and after reading in order to get the most out of reading this text?
-What kind of information can you get from your book?
We really had to think about the questions while we answered them. Some of them weren’t that easy. For many of us, the fourth question was very hard. We had to look at the deep meaning of the books that we read.
Read Chapter 4 of The Red Pony and complete your job and journal response by Friday.
